Work and management is good. However, we should transition into a company where rules are same or similar for all irrespective of geographies. We should also feel that our job is secure. We really improve our customer's day to day work. It is delightful to see how customer feels what we do is magic

They try to be transparent about the policies as much as possible and also open to make amends where needed.

There has to be increments according to inflation. We need more benefits around health, food etc. We should be given more options to lower the taxes.
