The company is making an effort to improve in different areas so I give credits to the company for that. However, there could be more interest in giving employees more perks and benefits in order to distinguish Elemica from other companies. The companies bought by Elemica should be more integrated.

Health insurance contribution, fixed budget for personal development, equal salary to other colleagues that are in the same hierarchy level

They have excellent skils as well as are always ready to help. The best thing about Elemica are the coworkers in my perspective
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We can be relaxed and productive because we know in each moment, what it's required from us and that leads us to have a balanced environment. Also, we're getting an improvement and our opinions are heard more often and taken into consideration when opting for solutions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company doesn't invest in their employees health unless the employee has already a health issue. Also, the salary is below what most companies offer nowadays and there are no perks. So when it comes to choosing a company to work for, there's a lot of room for improvement.
