The focus is the employees! It's clear that the emphasize is on the employee experience and culture.

My teammates are funny, personable and humble. There are no ego's and we aren't afraid to be honest with each other.

The people I work with the most are very easy to talk to, but most importantly they do a great job of listening.

Employee and Culture First! That is repeated to us by David Muse at each of our monthly Global Town Hall meetings. He walks the talk!

Flexibility! I feel the trust from my manager and team to get the work done, regardless of where I am or what I hours I work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
All the individuals that I met were extremely down-to-earth and made me feel very relaxed. It felt like a conversation you would have with a friend or colleague.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Elemica offers the best flexibility that I've ever had at any other company. Benefits are top-notch and the people are AWESOME! I get the autonomy to get my work done and my Manager supports me when I need her to.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My Leadership Team is the best I have yet to work with. They listen, they are down to earth, they know how to have fun and they truly care about us as humans. It's incredibly refreshing to work for an organization that truly shows compassion in everything they do.
