What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They ar just wasting people's time by evaluating them for 3-4 hrs and in last they try to take advantage of the releasing date and ask you to join in a very less package
Ineffective managers make life in the company worse in some locations and I could see how talent going away from the company for a last period of time...
