My comp plan is designed with "no actual data" to back it up. Therefore it was created and designed to change as the role develops. I have expressed concerns about the goal being too high and the pay being too low. Other organizations pay higher wages for this role. I expect more compensation.

We are a niche solution in a finite space probably at our peak. The competition is getting better. It can be improved or at least put us at ease if management would clearly state a future plan for the company.
