Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The industry is running away compensation-wise. Were that not the case, I wouldn't feel undervalued. But it's hard not to think about it when I could make 50k more somewhere else.

Try a little harder and work to understand the product and create a 5% understanding overlap with the people they work closely with. Be a little more cowboy. We are a startup!

Everyone is happy to be here. Even when frustrating obstacles arise, they are handled with humor and persistence.

We have pockets of folks who are super talented and dedicated who are a joy to work with. Leadership is open to letting these folks contribute to the max (ie, not supress them)

We have a very relaxed atmosphere and everyone appears to get along very well. Our Slack channels have been very entertaining. Our Happy Hours and Wine Wednesdays are the best I've ever had in my career. We also like to do volunteer work to help charitable organizations. We all help each other.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I particularly enjoyed the whiteboard coding challenge. This proved to me that they're interested in knowing your problem-solving skills and how your mind works. This is how you can truly assess how good a candidate is.
