The leadership team at my store is incredible. They do grunt work like us.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My store has a board where we can put "shout outs" for awesome things our coworkers did. It really brings up the positivity.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The employee discount is slowly getting worse. There are times when customer coupons are more than our discount (but we can't use coupons)...
