Very meh. Have HR handy

Not enough employees scheduled to help people and maintain the sales floor. The executuves have no awareness of reality and expect and dog and pony show at visits.

They mad me close every day

They are fat cats who don't have any clue the reality of the business.

Very communcative & friendly. Overall a great place

The executive team is truly amazing holding a confidence tour and inspiring us store managers, letting us get to interact in person and see the vision for the company, makes me proud to be a part of EXPRESS. we create confidence and inpire self expression

Not good at all well i do get along with the store manager his name is Alan. The assistant manager is who i have problems with now at the store i work for was worst management i ever seen or heard of. I'm an Entrepreneur myself but i wanted to go outside of my box and be a leader in retail to more

Need better team work lol

Distributing jobs to people who are available, and who are ready to work. And if a person is fired, as it's not eligible to work there anymore, they should be notification to the employee.

Well stock prices sank to the point the NYSE could delist them if not improved. I think they no longer relate to their market and economy, they dont have a good mix and volume to stores, expensive leases and underperforming stores. Over paid executives.

Managemennt is awful and plays favortism

Great PTO and medical benefits

Paid fairly, PTO, leave, insurance, everything about working here is great.

Honestly the 50% discount works wonders

Express refuses to give raises to employees that have been with the company for 10+ years. But will expect me to train an external newhire who makes more than me

I work too hard to be paid less than part time employees; I have been told that this store wont run without me yet those words are not being met with actions.

When I got hired, (through a friend/current employee), I was blessed with an amazing team. Everyone became close and we were all excited to see each other the following shift.

Our store manager is the best! He is very flexible with all workers at our location and makes it a great work environment.

I have managed teams for yrs and have never experienced as much dysfunction as I have at Express. Misconduct is common and concerns are never handled professionally. Co-workers and myself often spoke w/Store and District Manager w/o resolve. The lack of respect is difficult to tolerate every day.
