Distributing jobs to people who are available, and who are ready to work. And if a person is fired, as it's not eligible to work there anymore, they should be notification to the employee.
Well stock prices sank to the point the NYSE could delist them if not improved. I think they no longer relate to their market and economy, they dont have a good mix and volume to stores, expensive leases and underperforming stores. Over paid executives.

I have never experienced this type of behavior from professionals. I'm being retaliated against because I complained about several problems that I was having with my manager I complained to my district manager who did nothing I've called HR they have done nothing I've called the ethics hotline
