Culture is comprised of individuals who truly support and cheer on their peers. There is a level of openness, transparency and desire to uplift others. You feel accepted, valued and that you can be your authentic self here.
When I got hired, (through a friend/current employee), I was blessed with an amazing team. Everyone became close and we were all excited to see each other the following shift.
Our store manager is the best! He is very flexible with all workers at our location and makes it a great work environment.

Positive aspects lack. Communication is poor, Management team fails to operate as such, Store Manager and District Manager (Greater New York Area) are uninterested in any improvements. Harassment and bully-minded approaches are encouraged, taught and practiced by the Store and District Manager.

I feel that the company needs more people who are better fast paced at getting people employment that they need to get jobs done. And to also be steadfast on their job.
Well now they're cutting hours and expecting more. So looks like pressure on the bottom folks to make up for the executives mistakes
