What does the leadership team need to get better at?Distributing jobs to people who are available, and who are ready to work. And if a person is fired, as it's not eligible to work there anymore, they should be notification to the employee.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?I feel that the company needs more people who are better fast paced at getting people employment that they need to get jobs done. And to also be steadfast on their job.
