Distributing jobs to people who are available, and who are ready to work. And if a person is fired, as it's not eligible to work there anymore, they should be notification to the employee.
Well stock prices sank to the point the NYSE could delist them if not improved. I think they no longer relate to their market and economy, they dont have a good mix and volume to stores, expensive leases and underperforming stores. Over paid executives.

I have managed teams for yrs and have never experienced as much dysfunction as I have at Express. Misconduct is common and concerns are never handled professionally. Co-workers and myself often spoke w/Store and District Manager w/o resolve. The lack of respect is difficult to tolerate every day.
