Not good at all well i do get along with the store manager his name is Alan. The assistant manager is who i have problems with now at the store i work for was worst management i ever seen or heard of. I'm an Entrepreneur myself but i wanted to go outside of my box and be a leader in retail to more

Great PTO and medical benefits
Paid fairly, PTO, leave, insurance, everything about working here is great.
Honestly the 50% discount works wonders

Culture is comprised of individuals who truly support and cheer on their peers. There is a level of openness, transparency and desire to uplift others. You feel accepted, valued and that you can be your authentic self here.
When I got hired, (through a friend/current employee), I was blessed with an amazing team. Everyone became close and we were all excited to see each other the following shift.
Our store manager is the best! He is very flexible with all workers at our location and makes it a great work environment.
