I've been at the company for 5yrs and when I first started we were getting raising every year now since the Covid-19 we haven't gotten a raise. Also new hires are making more then the ones who have been here for yrs. We need a raise.

My team is loving and understanding through my 5yrs that I've been here.

We all get along no matter what we deal with on a daily basis.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes I do, I think we need a raise because we have been working through Covid-19 and still working with out a raise since than. We have put our life on the line just like the other essential workers.
