My general manager is taking advantage of me I got hired to do the maintenance engineer duties and from the beginning I been doing the porter duties and now he added housekeeping duties.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I am able to make the guest comfortable.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
My general manager needs to step up to the plate and stop putting other duties on staff when their busy already.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am doing porter housekeeping and maintenance I was hired to do maintenance jobs my general manager is pushing the duties to me when he is supposed to do them.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
To hire the correct people and for them to take upon the responsibilities if he or she does not have the right staff as in cover the jobs that's why their in that position.
