What are some of the best things about your team?

We all say she is the worst manager we lost 3-4 of our best employees due to the way she talks to people . They say they will not tolerate this tone to them

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Be on time show for work and if the mgr doesn't pay them she offers cash from her pocket to thecrew and cash App it to them and they still show late /don't show at all

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We need new manager someone who knows what their doing listens to the guest and the employees especially when they give their availability to her 4/5 times and she still gets it's wrong . She needs to put the schedule up on time every week so we can know what days we work . She needs to stop blami
