We teamed up to get things done. We showed appreciation and respect for each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Making the guests feel like family during thier stay. Interaction with foreign guests was always interesting.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The mgr johnie did not care for the employees or kept the hotel in good condition. He played favorites and instigated employees against each other. He did not act like he cared at all about his employees.
