Too many to list--everyone works hard, is respectful to each other, supports one another, and there is no unnecessary drama.

no one is expected to "check themselves at the door." Diversity of all kinds are more than "just" tolerated--we are seen as individuals and contributors, not burdens or cogs in the machine.
