We do not receive wages and I think sick time ought to increase with every year.

Give annual raises, increase PTO for each year worked, and make a program for diversity and inclusion.

I love my co-workers, and the only way for us to improve is by standing together and forming a union.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not enforcing a 90 percent Adherence but rather focus on 85 percent or better. People do have to use the bathroom.
