First Advantage Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I feel my value is recognized fairly via compensation.

Review from HR Dept · Posted 5 days ago

Package is aligned with Market Equity

Review from HR Dept · Posted 5 days ago

The best part of my compensation package is my annual bonus

Review from Marketing Dept · Posted 8 days ago

Money paid and bonuses provided.

Review from Marketing Dept · Posted 8 days ago

Health Insurance for my parents

Review from HR Dept · Posted 8 days ago

All the compensation and the benefit package.

Review from Operations Dept · Posted 8 days ago

Yearly bonus. However, it's disheartening each year after working so hard and you never receive your full bonus percentage.

Review from HR Dept · Posted 9 days ago

Total package is competitive with the market

Review from HR Dept · Posted 9 days ago

Our benefits stand out because of the choice they offer. With multiple plans and price points available, employees can select the option that works best for them and their families, making the benefits feel truly personal and supportive.

Nothing to share at this time

Review from HR Dept · Posted 9 days ago

Being rewarded through short and long term incentives

Review from HR Dept · Posted 10 days ago

Base salary is fair at leader level.

Review from Customer Success Dept · Posted 12 days ago

The best part is the balance of total rewards: competitive pay, strong benefits, incentives aligned to company success, and flexibility that supports long?

Review from Finance Dept · Posted 22 days ago

Quarterly Bonus, Yearly bonus and other benefits.

Review from Finance Dept · Posted 24 days ago

Our bonus pay is not bad at all! We are also big on wellness!

Review from Customer Success Dept · Posted 24 days ago

the package is good for compensation.

Review from Customer Success Dept · Posted 25 days ago

Flexible Working Options, Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays,

Review from Customer Success Dept · Posted 25 days ago

OT shift allowance and incentive

Review from Operations Dept · Posted 25 days ago

iam ok with what provided

Review from Operations Dept · Posted 25 days ago

What I value most is how the compensation package is structured to encourage growth. Beyond salary, aspects like performance bonuses and development support show that the company invests in its people, which really motivates me to improve and take on more responsibility.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I think I'm underpaid, based on my expectations and the amount of work.

Posted 8 days ago

Regular reviews to make sure pay stays competitive.

Review from Marketing Dept · Posted 8 days ago

feel undervalued when my efforts and responsibilities are not adequately recognized in my compensation. Better alignment with market standards, performance-based increments, and clear growth opportunities would help me feel more valued and motivated.

Review from HR Dept · Posted 8 days ago

Simple: Either lower your expectations of employees, decrease the excessive and inappropriate workload, or increase the pay. There is no other way to convey that you truly value about your employees.

Review from Operations Dept · Posted 9 days ago

Recently, I'm always concerned about my job security. Also, increase and salary is not competitive given my tenure and the current economic crisis.

Review from HR Dept · Posted 9 days ago

Compensation and benefits need a market adjustment. We are below market across salary, bonus and benefits like 401K match.

Review from HR Dept · Posted 10 days ago

I feel appreciated, just not necessarily through monetary compensation. FA pays on the lower end of ranges, and the benefits don't seem to cover much.

Review from Communications Dept · Posted 10 days ago

Fair salary increases and I would like to suggest having other perks of bonuses when it comes to meeting some criteria to boost our motivation in work.

Review from HR Dept · Posted 23 days ago

There is a new bonus system being launched however the work itself is very engaging and not only includes customer service and think the pay could be a little higher

Review from Customer Support Dept · Posted 24 days ago

At least we should get more compensation as per the market rate.

Review from Customer Support Dept · Posted 25 days ago

Nothing to Express at all

Review from Operations Dept · Posted a month ago

Because no matter how hard I try, I always mess something up; if it's not an internal audit, it's a process they send us and then deny.

Review from Operations Dept · Posted a month ago

the compensation provided is not good and fair enough

Review from Operations Dept · Posted a month ago

negative feedback only, and more money

Review from Operations Dept · Posted a month ago

Merit increases are laughable and anyone with any sort of tenure is not paid comparably to new hires. There is no value in length of service.

Review from Operations Dept · Posted a month ago

fair treatment. no favoritism. given a chance to train people as i am good at coaching and mentoring.

Review from Customer Success Dept · Posted a month ago

Low compensation. I am already 4 years here in the company, but my salary is still low, the basic is still like the basic salary 10 years ago, last year my merit increase was 3.8 percent. The management making us micromanage task but still underpaid.

Review from Operations Dept

I've been with Sterling for 3 years and 1 year with FA, but my compensation is not progressing. My basic pay compared to other companies is for entry level compensation even though I have been working here for 4 years. Hoping that the management would reevaluate the compensation.

Review from Operations Dept

I've been with the company for X years and the pay is still the same. I hope you can revisit our compensation. It's not up to the market value anymore - we have high inflation rate by the way.
