300 letters is far too small a restriction to convey exactly what is going wrong, but if I had to sum it up communication and lack of care for the product over profit are things that I believe are wrong and as for how to fix it we need to communicate and care about what it is we are providing.

constantly set up to fail. The past couple years have been the worst I have experienced. Not provided with the resources and IT assistance that is needed to do the job. Communication is poor on issues regarding IT permissions. Clients are very upset with us and there is nothing an individual can do.

The work load needs distributed differently for the team that works directly with the states and they need further training. FA always puts one big client first and makes sure everything for that client is perfect, while the smaller clients are put on the back burner.
