They have a strong vision for the company and are 100% invested in Fivetran's success. They have a strong voice for a clear direction. There isn't a lot of fluff and transparency is good.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
We get a very generous amount of paid time off.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is fast paced but fun. Even when things are moving fast, we create opportunities to chill out and catch our breath. The culture isn't hierarchical and good ideas are met with open ears regardless of your level.

The culture is very supportive. One of the most quoted and respected company values is "1 team 1 dream" and it sounds cheesy but people really do believe in it.
