Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

This company supports palestine genocide

No appreciation of the unique requirements of different departments, and they need to pay better comp, it provide better benefits.

When I have heard of offers to individuals to encourage them to stay that are incredibly more than I currently make for the same position. It is such a toxic work environment that people still leave.
