The lower wage employees pick each other up even though we’re all tire

The most positive about my work environment is most definitely working alongside my coworkers

My teammates are the most positive.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Needs a change in leadership. Company culture is set by the top executives and the CEO is not doing a good job or steering the company culture and conduct in a positive direction.

UNION needs to be set for the company, better and fair wages
