Its all a facade. They choose profits over people. They dont care about their employee.

Horrible upper management. Diverse middle management who show favoritism to employees of the same ethnicity as them and very low diversity at the very top executives.

Overall, its a fine place to work if you are looking to step into the industry or if you are at a point where tou are just looking for a stable income. Not much room for growth unless you are connected to the right people. Not much diversity within the different locations.

Horrible company, ANTI-UNION, low paying job not worth the responsibility

Management does NOT care about their staff. Forest Lawn will only ever protect the name Forest Lawn and mangement - never the workers. Gaslighting specialists who are staunchly anti-union because they know everyone would strike. Save yourself. Go elsewhere.

I do feel like the leadership has a great way of communicating as a whole.

They need to see the humanity of their employees, and not abuse their power and control over them.

Hire better managers with good leadership skills that are not spiteful and show favoritism.

Favortism, ANTI-UNION, unfair pay wages

Leading. There are very very very few supervisors that know how to support and lead a team. They choose supervisors not by their abilities but by who kisses up the most and who will look best in a suit in front of the VPs and CEO. Intellect and ability play no part in the selections if leaders.

I feel that the pay grade is okay but definitely better can be found.

MORE pay, too stressful for the amount of work

Management isnt at all supportive and is only useful for background wirk (ie: signing timecards, placing orders, calling a plumber, etc). All of the problem solving falls on the staff. If i was to be fairly compensated, it would entail receiving my pay plus at least half of my supervisors as well

My team is incredile. Very well versed, effective communication, and true team players.

We all support eachother and wark hard for our common goal despite poor management.

Needs a change in leadership. Company culture is set by the top executives and the CEO is not doing a good job or steering the company culture and conduct in a positive direction.

UNION needs to be set for the company, better and fair wages

The welcoming and kind energy from the interviewing recruiters

Fair with hiring staff and not judgemental because of ones ethnicity

I am happy knowing that the families we serve are well talen care of and satisfied with the care they receive. Knowing the impact that is made, beings joy to me.

Bad management the rewards favoritism and poor leadership at the very top executives.

Better management, better pay and more resources for support
