My co workers are great
My team is incredile. Very well versed, effective communication, and true team players.
We all support eachother and wark hard for our common goal despite poor management.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The lower wage employees pick each other up even though we’re all tire

Not really much because it was on zoom

Helping the families & hearing their appreciations
I am happy knowing that the families we serve are well talen care of and satisfied with the care they receive. Knowing the impact that is made, beings joy to me.
