For the majority we have the same goals and viewpoints of how to do our job
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Morale is low from an employee and a customer standpoint. Outages that go on for weeks leaves a bad taste in our customers mouth. We need more support for our IT team, to resolve issues with capacity of the plant and restoration processes
