Completing a project, winning, helping a sales rep or customer

The diverse backgrounds and skills; yet, at the end of the day we are all focused on the customer.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In my office we all work together as a team in spite of titles, everyone rolls up their sleeves and we win together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I love what I do and the people I work with; however, I do not feel financially rewarded. Most companies offer profit sharing and merit increases.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My director leads by example. She is focused on people- the customer and employees first then the company. Her leadership has helped me to develop my own skills.
