My sales role is paid a base salary plus comp/commission so i'm able to increase my earnings by exceeding my sales targets.
What are some of the best things about your team?
While everyone on my team is an outstanding contributor individually, each one of them shares my belief that we're always stronger as a team. Everyone chips in when needed and decisions, new policies etc are typically a collaborative effort.
