Everything is slow moving. For a communications company, we don't communicate that well. Everybody is reading from a different book and nobody is on a level Playing field

We collaborate well and have a lot of experience on the team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base pay is competitive. However, the commission structure is slightly skewed for this area
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My supervisor is easy to talk to and very motivational. He brings good and site because of his experience in the sales field.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Upper management needs to take a close look at each territory and see that they are on different playing fields. Compensation needs to not have so many limitations. If I am expected to sell everything out of the play book, I need to be able to sell to every business customer I talk to. No restrictio
