I have been employed at Frontier for 5 weeks with no access to the office. However, I am able to learn the technical aspects of the position and conduct my job in the home office with no issues. Overall the experience has been very positive. Employees at Frontier are extremely helpful & open.

Helping to educate my coworkers to new Ideas and documents that I have created.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I don't quite know the culture. But what I have learned is the people at Frontier are very respectful, helpful and open.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel Frontier pays employees at my position on the low end. And the bonus structure is much lower that the previous role. I believe to retain top talent, Frontier need to re-evaluate the payment plan.
