It has been interesting starting a new position during COVID-19 but I think the company has dealt with it in an effective and timely manner.

The best part is the commission structure.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am in sales so definitely winning deals!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I started during COVID-19 but the team still remains involved even though we are not in the office.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about the team is that we actually try to help one another which is not common among Account Managers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are involved in the business and that the mantra is "never lose alone", meaning that they actively provide resources and time, (including their own) to win deals and if we lose we have tried our hardest.
