I get a sense of the positive sea change at Frontier when speaking with seasoned colleagues. The leadership team has inspired their longer-term employees to work more collaboratively and positively with the focus on happy customers.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm thrilled to feel that I already make a difference. With the support of each new colleague I meet, I'm surprised at how much I've been able to affect positive change. I feel extremely productive at Frontier.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Just overwhelmed by how supportive and friendly every person has been at Frontier. There are a number of new hires who share the enthusiasm and promise of this company -- we're excited to execute a new vision and evolution for Frontier.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
HR confirmed my market value was higher than the position paid and promised to meet my low-end market range. After negotiating, interviewing and taking all tests/screening in good faith, the offer did not reflect the offer I was promised. It was a disheartening start with Frontier.
