My survey results are likely tainted by the facts that I was hired during COVID, in the midst of CH 11 filing and also work for a Contractor Boss, not an employee. (But , Contractor boss is extremely skilled and respected)

My peers and my team are all good people, helpful, and want to do a good job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People pulling together to work through problems or issues. Also, Fair expectations for work load and time to deliver projects.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I can be a part of making a process improvement or new change that makes the end result better for our employees or customers
What do you like best about the leadership team?
From my SVP on down, the leadership is all very solid. Good leaders, decision-makers and business people. Interested to see what will happen with Most Senior leadership levels as part of the CH 11 Restructure I hope brings changes.
