What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating the overall goal through action and written process. Leadership needs to lead. We are receiving too many mixed signals.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My base is the best part. The benefits are good but they cost me too much as compared to companies I came from.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Communication and leadership are keys to successful businesses. We need a strong game plan and leaders should be meeting with employees at the lowest level to determine whats working, whats not and ideas on how to fix it.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
1. Installs not being completed on the first visit. 2. Cross departmental interaction; I'm new and departments that are vital to my job don't want to communicate with me. I will break them but it shouldn't be that way. I'm going to waste lots of time forging these relationships.
