Communication and leadership are keys to successful businesses. We need a strong game plan and leaders should be meeting with employees at the lowest level to determine whats working, whats not and ideas on how to fix it.
1. Installs not being completed on the first visit. 2. Cross departmental interaction; I'm new and departments that are vital to my job don't want to communicate with me. I will break them but it shouldn't be that way. I'm going to waste lots of time forging these relationships.
