It's been a pretty even ride since I joined Frontier in January of this year. It was a bit slow at first, but that was only to get me acclimated to my new responsibilities & the culture & Frontier. However, it's picked up and I'm now working on my own projects.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
diversity of thought & opinion. We come from different backgrounds and use those to thoroughly audit & review certain promotions before implementing them to our customers. Really important when dealing w/a diverse customer base
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The confidence in me to work on & complete projects without the need to constantly micromanaging the projects. I thoroughly review upcoming projects on calls or emails w/my managers and then they allow me to complete the projects. If I have any questions or concerns they're always there to assist.
