I have returned to Frontier after being gone for five years and I am pleased to be back. What we do is significant and I appreciate being a part of it. My experience so far has been positive and the people I have interacted with are positive and enjoy their jobs.

We all work together as a team with a focus on the customer.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping our customers success in what they are doing. If we do that then we are doing our jobs well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Greg Garcia and Angie Lyons are both top notch. We have a great deal of experience and professionalism in this company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health benifits appear tp be fair and reasonable. I like the 401K plan but would prefer 100% match up to 4%.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have a clear focus of where they are taking this company and I agree with the direction. I am a re-hire and I came back due to the direction I see Frontier heading and I wanted to be a part of it.
