smaller coverage areas, more interaction with front line employees, ability to build long term success plans based of local/regional/company goals vs the constant state of flux and fire drill mentality we currently operate daily.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

outdated and unsupported CPE/Plant info structure that has been duct taped together for years that is consistent failure point for our customers services and not able to devote man hours or even have the headcount to make substantial improvements
