I have always enjoyed working at Frontier. I like what I do, who I work for, and my co-workers. It can be a bit troublesome knowing our financial situation and hoping that we have jobs after we emerge from bankruptcy.

The things I like best about my leadership team is I feel like my opinion is valued. I also value that I don't just have a "job", I matter as a person.
