I enjoy the candor and guidance of my VP and SVP, I believe they want to make a meaningful difference. They treat me with respect
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that due to my relative youth I am underpaid, especially given my role. For example when I took my current position I applied for a SR Manager position. When I received the job it was brought down to a Manager position because the pay increase was too steep
