I love my job. I love my team. It's challenging working for a company where communication from the SLT is lacking and decisions are made unilaterally.

Working with my team. Accomplishing difficult tasks.

Dedication to their jobs. They look out for one another and the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My team. They are very seasoned employees and take a lot of pride in the ability to provide customers good service and resolve issues.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. We haven't heard from the CEO or his team for months. Understanding the challenges faced at all levels of the organization. Establishing standard processes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Merit increases are relatively non-existent. Compensation for the work performed does not appear to be commiserate with other companies in the same line of work.
