The people in my office are fantastic. I have been here over 20 years received certifications and served on numerous boards in the industry. Company has done nothing to help develop my career even after numerous talks with vps regarding my desire to enhance my career.

Extremely team and customer focused. They do not have the not my job mentality.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay in regards to other telcos doing the same thing with the same amount of responsibility is significantly lower

Moral as a whole is down. There are not many opportunities to grow your career and even less promotions from within.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing is my team. They truly are a team and want to see the team as a whole be successful
