Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay that more accurately reflects my value, especially when compared with others that I see that do not perform their job functions well and are getting paid more just because of some stupid union contract.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too many organizations within the company are completely isolated and have no understanding of the process. The majority of the employees just want to be handed their widget, do their thing to it, and pass it on, without any understanding of the relationship to the organizations before or after.
