What makes you most happy at work?

Learning new things (mainly technology).

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

A large group of professionals working hard trying to make a difference everyday.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Small enough to get things done. Work well with them. we have same goals. I enjoy working with them.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are bringing new ideas to rollout new products, they help eliminate barriers for me to do my job effectively. My direct leader listens and provide direction to keep us focus on goals. I trust my Mgr.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Because I compared with similar jobs and others employeers in the area pay more. I took the job because I like to help customers, I'm interested on delivering new products, influence positive changes for the company and I like what what I do.
