Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I AM MAKING 7 THOUSAND IN SALARY LESS THAN I WAS IN 2007.. NO BONUSES,, NO INCINTIVE TO BE THE BEST, TIRED OF GETTING DUMPED ON... LOVE THE NEWERE TECHNOLOGY BUT DON'T WANT TO HAVE TO LEAVE TO BENEFIT FROM MY EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE..
