My sense of accomplishment when solving a problem that previously seemed very challenging.

Absolutely my manager. He ensures we have the support and tools we need to perform high-quality work in an extremely fast-paced environment.

I am well compensated for my many years of expertise and industry specific knowledge I have acquired from working for this company since I was 19.
What makes you most happy at work?
Solving a difficult problem and working with good Broadband engineers who are able to provide fast solutions that allow me to keep orders moving without issue.

I have an incredible manager who appreciates my hard work. He makes me want to accomplish as much as possible because he ensures I have all the necessary tools an support to be successful.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My tiny 6 person team works well together and is always willing to help out or look into an issue with me to help figure out the best method to ensure a quality product.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have an incredible, hard-working, kind, compassionate manager who works with me to help me get all the tools I need to do the best job possible for this company. John Finegan is an asset to Frontier and a person I'm very glad to work for.
