I have been with the company for over 20 years and owe a lot of what I have to Frontier. (Starting out as Rochester Telephone) I have had some great times as well as bad times but through the years but overall it's been an amazing experience.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel as if Bernie is leading the way to a successful future for Frontier.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel my team is highly motivated and trained to do their work and back me up when needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy that I have been allowed to work from home and hope it continues as my job can be performed remotely.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No bonus's or raises the last couple years yet the cost of living keeps increasing. I would be happy with neither a bonus or raise if the working from home became permanent.
