I have seen a decline in over all morale at this company. There needs company sponsored employee engagement activities.

The communication and partnership is outstanding between me and my peers.

I feel that everyone is focused on the customer and put them first.
What makes you most happy at work?
Actually making a difference and finding solutions to improve intervals and enhancements to improve quality.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish our insurance would improved. Also I have no idea if I am paid fairly due to not seeing a range for the band.
