I love my cohort, and I have a great manager. I enjoy a lot of the opportunties that we get to work with. I would look more forward to having better tools to do my job, such as a more powerful computer for testing/deployment.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to work with the technologies that I enjoy to work with.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
4 weeks of vacation. Although, that shouldn't include sick leave, but that's a problem across the USA with businesses' policies.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are an eclectic group of people in regards to our skills, and we each help each other out with our respective strengths.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct supervisor cares about us as people and gives us enormous freedom to accomplish the goals that we are set. This allows us to complete our goals with more efficiency.
