Even though I am not real happy about our current financial position, one thing I can always say, we come to work to get the jobs done and keep our customer base happy they made the right choice for their services.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do feel there is a bias and there needs to be corrections to even out salaries across the board. Estimating approx 20 K below market value.
